Is the delivery date of your new Ford fixed? Then we schedule the installation straight after it. That way your first working day starts with a fully organised load space instead of loose boxes. We schedule the installation shortly after your van is delivered, so you lose practically no working time. And what if you drive a Transit with quite a few years of service, or lease your van? The modular system fits onto the existing mounting points and comes off again just as cleanly.
End of lease contract? The fit-out comes out without a trace. Agree the conditions beforehand with your leasing company.

What does fitting out a Ford van cost?
The price of fitting out your Ford van is determined by three things: the model, the material and the scope of your configuration.
- Model: a Courier needs a more compact build than a Transit L3H3.
- Material: steel is keenly priced, aluminium up to 30% lighter.
- Configuration: from a basic set of drawers to a full mobile workshop.

Does a Guntro fit-out fit every Ford Transit?
Yes. A Ford van fit-out is possible for the whole family: Transit, Transit Custom, Transit Connect and Transit Courier, in every length and height variant from L1H1 to L3H3. We design the fit-out for your exact version, to the millimetre around wheel arches and door openings.
We are also happy to help with a previous generation Transit.
Will I lose the manufacturer warranty on my Ford?
Our installation uses the mounting points that Ford itself provides, precisely to keep the intervention in your van to a minimum. Do you want certainty in black and white for your model and warranty plan? Then discuss it with your Ford retailer; we are happy to coordinate the installation with them.
How soon after delivery will my new Ford be ready and fitted out?
Yes, that is the ideal order: plan your fit-out together with your order and we reserve the installation to follow your delivery date. If you want to be able to drive off fully fitted out straight away, we schedule a short installation directly after your van is delivered. Put that scenario to your Ford retailer and to us beforehand: in consultation, a lot is possible.
My Transit is a leased van. Is that a problem?
No. The fit-out is mounted on the existing anchor points and can be fully removed: at the end of the contract you hand the van back in good order. Check with your leasing company beforehand; you'll get the technical data sheets from us.
Can my fit-out move to my next Ford?
Yes. The system is modular: we take out cabinets, drawers and racking and rebuild them with adapter pieces in your next van, even if that is a different size of Transit. That way your investment pays off across several vans.
How long does the installation in my Ford take?
A standard fit-out goes in quickly; a full, complete fit-out is usually ready within two working days. We schedule the installation shortly after your van is delivered. For large configurations you get a tight schedule in advance.
I'm looking at the electric E-Transit. What does Guntro recommend?

Why not build a fit-out yourself from wood?
Because your Transit is your most expensive work tool. A wooden DIY build is heavy, eats into payload and slides forward dangerously in an emergency stop. Our fit-outs are crash-tested, certified to TÜV GS, ECE R17 and CE, and get up to 40% more out of your load space. That difference pays for itself.
