What does a KIA van fit-out cost?
Fitting out a KIA van starts with a bespoke quote, because the price depends on three things: your model, your material and your configuration.
- Model: the dimensions of your load space determine the number of modules.
- Material: for an electric KIA we recommend aluminium, up to 30% lighter.
- Configuration: from a basic set of drawers to a complete mobile workshop.

Do Guntro fit-outs fit in the KIA PV5?
Yes. At Guntro, fitting out a KIA van is entirely made to measure: we measure the load space of your PV5 and design the fit-out to the millimetre around the wheel arches and mounting points.
KIA is expanding its electric range quickly; for new models too, we measure up and build to fit.
How much range does a fit-out cost in my electric KIA?
As little as possible, if you build light. Our aluminium modules weigh up to 30% less than steel at the same strength, which keeps the effect on your range limited. The less weight you haul around, the further you get: you will find all the tips on the page about the range of your electric van.
Will it affect the warranty on my KIA?
We fit on the mounting points the manufacturer provides and keep the work on your van as small as possible. If you want certainty about your specific warranty terms, it is best to check with your KIA distributor; we are happy to coordinate the fitting with them.
How soon after delivery will my new KIA be fitted out?
Quickly. Plan your fit-out together with your order and we will schedule the fitting straight after delivery, so you lose no working time. We schedule the fitting shortly after your KIA is delivered, so you can drive away quickly with it fitted out.
I lease my electric KIA. Can I still have a fit-out?
Yes. The fit-out is fitted without permanent modifications and can be fully removed: at the end of your contract you hand the van back in good condition. Agree the terms beforehand with your leasing company; we supply all the technical data sheets.
How long does fitting take?
We fit a standard fit-out without fuss; a complete fit-out is usually ready within two working days. We schedule the fitting shortly after your KIA is delivered. Larger configurations we schedule clearly in advance.
Can my fit-out move to another van later?
Yes, whatever brand or size you switch to. We take our modular system out of your KIA and fit it with adapter pieces in the next van. That way your fit-out pays for itself across several vans.
Why not a home-made fit-out in my electric van?
Because DIY punishes you twice. A wooden construction weighs many times more than aluminium and so costs you range, and it is rarely anchored safely: in an emergency stop everything slides forward. Our fit-outs are crash-tested, certified to TÜV GS, ECE R17 and CE, and use up to 40% more load space.
