How much does an Opel van fit-out cost?
The price of an Opel van fit-out depends on three factors: your model, your choice of material and the number of modules.
- Model: a Combo needs a compact set, while a 17 m³ Movano has room for a complete workshop.
- Material: steel is the keenest priced, aluminium weighs up to 30% less.
- Composition: from a few drawers to a complete fit-out with a workbench and racking.

Does our fit-out fit every Opel model?
Yes, Guntro can fit out an Opel van for every common model: Combo, Vivaro, Vivaro Electric and Movano, in every length and height combination. We design to the exact dimensions of your version, accurate to the millimetre around wheel arches and door openings.
Do you drive an older version? Even then we almost always find a suitable layout.
Is the warranty on my Opel kept after the installation?
The installation does not affect your Opel: we only use the mounting points provided by the manufacturer itself. For your specific version and warranty terms, you will get the definitive answer from your Opel retailer; we coordinate the installation directly with them.
How soon after delivery will my new Opel be fitted out?
We usually fit it straight after delivery or shortly afterwards: your van comes in in the morning and is ready, fitted out, in the evening. If you plan the fit-out together with your order, we reserve that day straight away.
Can a fit-out go into a leased Opel?
Yes. Everything is fitted on the existing mounting points, so the fit-out can be removed again and the van can be handed back neatly at the end of the contract. Agree the terms with your leasing company beforehand; we supply the technical documentation.
Does my fit-out move with me when I get a new Opel?
Yes, that is exactly the strength of the modular system. When you change your Opel, we remove everything, and with adapter pieces we rebuild the same cabinets and drawers in your next van, whether that is another Vivaro or something else.
How long does the installation in my Opel take?
A standard fit-out goes in quickly; a complete fit-out is usually ready within two working days. We schedule the installation shortly after your van is delivered. Larger projects in a Movano are planned carefully in advance. If you need a repair later, we arrange it for you.
I drive a Vivaro Electric. What does the fit-out mean for my range?
Less than you think, provided you build light. We fit out electric Opels with aluminium: up to 30% lighter than steel and anchored just as firmly. That keeps your payload and your range up. You can read more on our page about increasing the range of your electric van.
Is fitting racking myself in my Opel not an option?
Building it yourself looks cheap, but it is heavy, makes poor use of the space and often comes loose in an emergency stop. Our fit-out is crash-tested and certified (TÜV GS, ECE R17, CE), anchored on your van's mounting points, and gets up to 40% more out of your load space than loose boxes and home-made racking.
