Flexible fit-out
Does your work area change but your van doesn't? A modular system that you can switch from a plumber's to an electrician's setup in half an hour.
View solution →Fitting out a van for deliveries starts with what you bring to people’s homes: a washing machine without scratches, small appliances that don’t roll around and a load space that is flat in one minute for that one large item.
This is what a delivery day looks like with a fit-out made to measure for your shop.
Small appliances on the open shelves, the washing machine in the centre aisle. Everything from the same order goes along in one go.
Folding the racking shut takes one hand thanks to the locking pin. A fridge or a two-metre cupboard? Just load it.
Blankets, lashing straps and dividers keep every item in place. The customer unpacks what they ordered: flawless.
Lashing straps and telescopic bars on the lashing eyes in the floor and shelves form a cage around your load. Nothing slides, nothing falls.
Racking open and the old appliance or the return rides back securely strapped in. No second trip, no loose load.
With a loading ramp, heavy white and brown goods roll in and out of the van. Your back will notice that in the evening too.
Delivering a chest freezer is awkward when your load space is full of racking for the small jobs. Then it becomes sliding, tilting and pushing, with a scratch on a brand-new appliance if you are unlucky.
With a folding racking set-up you decide on each trip: shelves open for boxes of small appliances, shelves shut and you have a flat load space for fridges, cupboards and chest freezers. Folding takes one hand thanks to the locking pin, and each rack carries up to 80 kg per running metre.
One van that can handle every order, large or small.
Did you know… the folding racking is available in 7 shelf lengths? That way the shelves fit your boxes and appliances exactly.
You can’t talk your way out of a dent in a brand-new washing machine: the customer ordered a new appliance, not excuses. And every damaged delivery costs you twice: the appliance and your name.
In our fit-out you secure every item rock solid: lashing straps and telescopic bars click onto the lashing eyes in the floor and under the shelves, forming a cage around your load. Metal dividers keep boxes in place, and your blankets and straps hang ready in their own holder. That way you deliver in line with the rules on carrying loads safely in your van.
What leaves the shop arrives at the customer’s just the same.
Did you know… the metal dividers are TÜV tested? Each divider holds back 80 kg in an emergency stop.
The old appliance has to go back with you, and that means lifting and dragging it over the loading sill every single time. Several times a day, year after year: you feel that in your back, and one day you pay the bill.
With a loading ramp, heavy white and brown goods roll in and out of the van, and anti-slip mats keep everything in place during the drive. Fold a rack open on the way and the return is secured, separate from the new appliances. That way, loading heavy materials in your van never has to be a feat of strength.
Deliver and collect in one trip, without wrecking your back.
Did you know… a complete full fit-out is usually ready within two working days? We schedule the installation shortly after your van is delivered.
Today three washing machines and an oven, tomorrow a sofa set and twenty boxes of small appliances. No two shops deliver the same thing, and no two days look the same for you.
With us, fitting out a van for deliveries is bespoke work: we start from what you sell and deliver and build the layout in modules. Getting a second van or switching to an electric van? Then you expand, or the fit-out simply moves with you.
If you choose aluminium, your fit-out weighs up to 30% less than steel: more payload for heavy appliances and extra range. Read how to increase the range of your electric van.
Made to measure today, extended tomorrow.

Fitting out a van for deliveries comes down to three things: a layout that can change on every trip, every load rock solid and heavy goods without the hauling.

View product →Fitting out a van for deliveries is done to measure, so the price depends on three factors: the size of your van, your choice of material and the number of modules.
That is why we work with a made-to-measure quote: that way you know exactly where you stand, with no obligation and no duty to buy.
Upright where possible, rock solid always: place the appliance against the wall or a folded-shut rack, put a blanket in between and secure it with lashing straps to the lashing eyes in the floor and shelves. If an appliance has to lie flat after all, never lay it on its front or back. Telescopic bars keep the rest of the load away, even in an emergency stop.
With folding racking: the open shelves carry boxes of small appliances and accessories, the centre aisle takes washing machines and dishwashers, and for a fridge or wardrobe you fold part of the racking shut. That way you never have to choose between an empty van for the big jobs and racking for the small ones.
They come back safely: fold a rack open so the return gets its own space, separate from the new appliances, and secure it with lashing straps. With a loading ramp, an old appliance rolls into the van without lifting. That way you combine delivering and collecting in one trip.
In about a minute: you fold each folding rack shut with one hand thanks to the locking pin, which locks the shelf straight away. You don’t have to dismantle or unload anything. On the road you fold the racking open again just as quickly for the next stop.
Yes. Fitting out a van for deliveries is not about tools, but about a load that changes every trip: large and small mixed together, fragile and heavy at the same time. The layout therefore focuses on folding racking, lashing eyes with straps and bars, and holders for blankets and straps.
On top of that comes a loading ramp for the heavy work. We design the layout based on what you sell and deliver. If your business revolves around flowers and plants, also take a look at fitting out a van for florists.
We fit a standard fit-out smoothly; a complete fit-out is usually ready within two working days. We schedule the fitting shortly after your van is delivered. On every fit-out you also get a 5-year full fit-out warranty.
Yes. We have fitting plans for almost every make and model, from a compact city van to a large L3H3. The modules are anchored on the original mounting points of your vehicle, so a leased van is fine too. Together with you, we look at what fits in your model.
In the short term, yes, but a home-built wooden rack is not anchored and not crash-tested. In an emergency stop a 70 kg washing machine simply slides straight through a wooden partition. Our fit-out is certified (TÜV GS, ECE R17, CE) and lasts through several vans. You earn that difference back in undamaged deliveries, safety and resale value.
