Folding racking for your van folds away completely or partly, without tools. At the front you keep your shelves full of crates, at the back you make room for euro pallet volumes. This is how you fit out your van flexibly, in step with your schedule.
Did you know… you can also close the racking partly? Crates on shelves at the front, free floor at the back for a euro pallet.
Six levels full of material
Up to 6 shelves stacked, up to 80 kg per metre
Crates stacked on the floor: you cannot find anything at the bottom and everything shifts at the top. Meanwhile the top metre of your load space simply stays empty.
The racking stacks up to 6 shelves on top of each other, good for 80 kg per linear metre, or 120 kg with special supports. The shelves are made to fit standard European crates of 400×300 and 600×400 mm, so your existing crates fit straight away. And because the suspension system works without steel cables or straps, you can lay several shelves at the same height as one continuous surface: ideal for long items. This way you use the full height and create extra storage space in your van.

Everything stays put
Locked in both positions, secured with the Airline system
One hard brake and loose crates become projectiles. Whatever is not fixed slides, tips or falls, and you get to pick it up. At best.
The racking locks firmly in both positions, folded out and folded up. The integrated Airline rail system secures your load with straps and bars, and a non-slip mat on the shelves is available as an option. This way you transport your load safely, even when it gets rough.

Fixed racking costs you load space, even when it is empty
With fixed racking your van is always half full, even without a load. If a large item turns up, a second van has to go out or a trailer has to come along.
The folding racking is deliberately built light and is TÜV GS and CE certified, with a cataphoretic dip coating as used in the automotive industry: more resistant to corrosion and chemicals than a classic powder coating. Less dead weight means more payload, and if you drive electric, your van also gains range. This system has also been tested by couriers for years, the toughest users there are.

What does folding racking for your van cost?
The price of folding racking for your van depends on three factors: the length of the set-up, the number of shelves and the combination with the rest of your fit-out.
- Length: the set-up comes in 7 lengths, made to fit your load space.
- Shelves: up to 6 levels, optionally with special supports up to 120 kg.
- Combination: often fitted together with load securing and a bulkhead.

How much weight does a shelf carry?
Each shelf carries 80 kg per linear metre, and with special supports this rises to 120 kg. With 6 shelves stacked, you carry hundreds of kilos neatly organised.

Does a euro pallet fit in my van with folding racking?
Yes, that is exactly what the system is made for. You close the racking completely or partly and so create free floor space for euro pallet volumes.
Closing it partly works too: at the front your crates stay on the shelves, at the back the pallet slides in.
Will my existing crates fit on the shelves?
If you work with standard European crates of 400×300 or 600×400 mm, they fit straight away. The shelves are designed to exactly those sizes. Every shelf also has holes for aluminium dividers 50 or 300 mm high, so loose boxes stay separate too.

How quickly can I fold the racking?
In seconds, and completely without tools. You unlock each shelf with one hand using the locking pin, fold it up or down and the system locks firmly in both positions.
This way you adapt your load space to the trip ahead of you, not the other way round.
How is my load secured on the shelves?
The integrated Airline rail system secures your load with straps and bars. As an option you can lay a non-slip mat on the shelves, so crates also stay put in corners.
This way you meet your duty to secure your load, without fiddling with loose ratchet straps every time.
Will folding racking fit in my van?
Almost certainly. We fit the racking in virtually every make and model, from a compact L1H1 to a large L3H3, in 7 lengths.

How long does fitting the racking take?
We plan a standard fitting shortly after delivery, so your van isn't off the road for longer than necessary; a complete fit-out is usually ready within two working days.
If you combine the racking with a bulkhead or load securing, you will get a clear schedule in advance.
What if something on my racking breaks?
Every fit-out comes with a 5-year full fit-out warranty, including your racking. If something does break, we arrange the repair.
The system has also been tested by couriers for years, so it is built for thousands of loads a year.
