Loading heavy equipment
Straining your back lifting an 80 kg generator? Roll it inside over a loading ramp and save your body for the next 30 years.
View solution →Fitting out an Iveco van means working in the heaviest class, and we like that. Your Daily is built to haul and carry; we build in a fit-out that can handle that same calibre: heavy tools, long materials and full load floors, everything held rock-solid in place.
The Daily comes in dozens of variants of wheelbase, height and payload. Choose your model and see what fits.
An older Daily or a special body? We fit those out too: we measure every load space to the millimetre.
The heavier your equipment, the harder an unfitted load space makes you pay. Sliding tools, machines toppling over, an emergency stop that throws everything forward: in a big van it quickly goes wrong. That is why fitting out an Iveco van at Guntro is always bespoke work on the robust base of your Daily: cabinets and drawers that fit the wheel arches to the millimetre, anchored to the chassis mounting points, with lashing eyes and clamps for whatever needs to stay loose.
The electric eDaily also benefits from a light fit-out: aluminium saves up to 30% in weight, and weight is range.
Is a new Iveco on its way? Plan your fit-out right now. We reserve the installation directly after your delivery date, so you set off from the very first trip with a full-fledged mobile workshop. Would you rather have the fit-out in place before you collect the van? Then discuss the timing with your Iveco retailer and with us: in consultation, a lot is possible. Has your current Daily been on the road for years, or is it on a lease contract? The modular system mounts on the existing anchor points and comes out again just as neatly later.
Leasing? Everything can be removed and the van can be handed back without a trace. Agree this beforehand with your leasing company.
Your next Daily? The modules move with you, with made-to-measure adapter pieces for the new load space.
Heavy, long or simply a lot: tell us what has to go in your Daily, and we'll give it a fixed place.

There is no off-the-shelf price for fitting out an Iveco van: it all depends on your version, your choice of material and your configuration.
You get a made-to-measure quote, free and with no obligation.
Yes. We fit out Iveco vans for every Daily variant: every wheelbase, every height and every payload. Because we design the fit-out for your exact version, it also fits maxi volumes and special bodies.
Do you drive an older generation Daily? We measure up and build to fit then too.
Yes, that is what it is built for. The modules are crash-tested and certified to TÜV GS, ECE R17 and CE, and are anchored to the mounting points of your chassis. Heavy tools go at the bottom, with clamps and lashing points for everything that needs to stay fixed. That way your load stays in place, even in an emergency stop.
We fit at the points the manufacturer provides and keep the work to a minimum. For complete certainty about your warranty terms, it is best to check with your Iveco distributor; we are happy to coordinate the fitting with them.
Quickly. Plan the fit-out together with your order and we will reserve the fitting straight after delivery, so you lose no working time. We schedule the fitting shortly after your Daily is delivered, so you can be back on the road fitted out in no time.
Yes. The fit-out can be fully removed because it is mounted on the existing anchor points: at the end of the contract we take everything out and you hand the van back in good condition. Let your leasing company know beforehand; we supply the technical documentation.
We fit a standard fit-out without fuss, even in a large Daily; a complete fit-out is usually ready within two working days. For extensive configurations with workbench, racking and lighting we draw up a clear schedule beforehand, so you know when your van is ready for use again.
Weight then becomes even more important. Choose aluminium modules: up to 30% lighter than steel, anchored just as firmly, and every kilo saved translates into range. You will find more tips on the page about the range of your electric van.
In a large load space especially, DIY is risky: the more mass that stands loose or half-anchored, the more dangerous it is in an emergency stop. A wooden construction also weighs heavily on your payload. Our fit-outs are crash-tested, certified and use up to 40% more load space, with a load-bearing capacity that matches the size of your Daily.
