How much does a Peugeot van fit-out cost?
The price of a Peugeot van fit-out depends on three factors: the model, the material and the composition.
- Model: a Partner needs a compact set, while a 17 m³ Boxer has room for a complete workshop.
- Material: steel is the cheapest option, aluminium is up to 30% lighter.
- Composition: from a few drawers to a complete fit-out with a workbench and racking.

Does our fit-out fit every Peugeot model?

Does the manufacturer's warranty on my Peugeot stay valid?
For the warranty on your Peugeot, we deliberately keep the intervention minimal: the installation is done on the existing mounting points of your Partner, Expert or Boxer. If you want certainty for your version, one conversation with your Peugeot retailer is enough; we coordinate the installation with them.
How soon after delivery will my new Peugeot be fitted out?
We usually schedule the installation straight after delivery or shortly afterwards: you bring your van in in the morning and drive home with it fitted out in the evening. If you plan the fit-out together with your order, that day is reserved straight away.
I lease my Peugeot: can a fit-out go in it?
Yes. Because we fit onto the existing mounting points, the fit-out can be removed again and you hand the van back neatly at the end of the contract. Agree the terms with your leasing company beforehand; we supply all the technical information they ask for.
Does my fit-out move with me to my next Peugeot?
Yes. Our fit-out is not tied to a single van: thanks to the modular design, cabinets, drawers and racking move to your next Peugeot with adapter pieces. That way you spread the investment over several vans.
How quickly is the installation in my Peugeot finished?
We fit a standard fit-out quickly; a complete fit-out is usually ready within two working days. For larger configurations, such as a complete workshop in a Boxer, you get a clear schedule beforehand. If something goes wrong later, we arrange the repair.
I drive an electric e-Expert. What should I look out for with the fit-out?
Every kilo. Weight has the biggest effect on your range, so we fit out electric Peugeots with aluminium: up to 30% lighter than steel and anchored just as firmly. That leaves you range and payload for your work. You can read more on our page about increasing the range of your electric van.
Why not just put something together myself in my Peugeot?
Because in the end you lose more than you gain: a home-made wooden build is heavy, makes poor use of your load space and slides through dangerously in an emergency stop. Our fit-out is crash-tested and certified (TÜV GS, ECE R17, CE), is anchored on your van's mounting points and gets up to 40% more out of your load space.
