How much does a Nissan van fit-out cost?
The price of a Nissan van fit-out depends on three factors: the model, the material and the number of modules.
- Model: a compact set fits in a Townstar, while a 22 m³ Interstar has room for a complete workshop.
- Material: steel is the cheapest option, aluminium is up to 30% lighter.
- Composition: from a few drawers and a rack to a complete fit-out with a workbench.

Does a Guntro fit-out fit every Nissan model?
Yes, Guntro can fit out a Nissan van for every common model: Interstar, Primastar, Townstar and NV200 or e-NV200. We draw up the layout for your specific length and height combination, accurate to the millimetre around the wheel arches and door openings.
In most cases we can also fit out older versions without any problem; feel free to ask us.
Does the manufacturer's warranty on my Nissan stay valid?
We fit onto the vehicle's existing mounting points and keep the impact on your van as small as possible. Would you like to have it in writing for your version? Put it to your Nissan retailer; we are happy to coordinate the installation directly with them.
How soon after delivery will my new Nissan be fitted out and ready?
We usually schedule the installation straight after delivery: you bring your van in and drive away with it fitted out the same day. We schedule the installation shortly after your van is delivered. If you plan the fit-out together with your order, that day is reserved straight away.
Can a fit-out go into my leased Nissan?
Yes. The installation is done on the existing mounting points, so the fit-out can be removed again and you can hand the van back neatly at the end of your contract. Tell your leasing company beforehand; we supply the technical datasheets.
Can my fit-out move to my next Nissan later?
Yes. If you switch to another Nissan, we simply transfer your fit-out: the modular system comes out as a whole and is refitted in your next van, with adapter pieces for the new model. So you don't have to buy it twice.
How quickly will my Nissan be fitted out?
We fit a standard fit-out quickly; a complete fit-out is usually ready within two working days. We schedule the installation shortly after your van is delivered. For a complete fit-out in an Interstar, we draw up a tight schedule beforehand, so you know exactly when you can set off again. If something breaks later, we arrange the repair.
I drive an electric e-NV200. What should I look out for?
Mainly weight. Every kilo of fit-out costs you range, and as a tradesperson you need that every day. That is why we recommend aluminium: up to 30% lighter than steel, anchored just as firmly. You can read everything about weight and range on our page about increasing the range of your electric van.
Can't I just fit out my Nissan myself with some wooden racking?
You can, but it costs you more than you think: wood is heavy, takes up payload and slides straight through the load area in an emergency stop. Our fit-out is crash-tested, certified (TÜV GS, ECE R17, CE) and firmly anchored. On top of that, you get up to 40% more usable load space out of it than with home-made racking.
